As a Las Vegas Native; working in Real Estate since 2001, Holly loves the Real Estate business and the people she works with. Holly started out helping families sell and buy homes and then in 2007 she expanded her expertise by adding the negotiation of Short Sales and management of REO properties for various Asset Management Companies to her resume. Holly also has a background in construction which gives her an advantage in her industry by being able to potentially identify construction issues. This foreknowledge enables the buyer to make the decision to contact a licensed contractor and possibly avoid hardships later on.
